Wash and dry your hands. Place your palms together and quickly rub them back and forth. You should rub your palms back and forth about 40 times. You palms will become warm, this is the development of Chi energy. In China it is believed that a wrinkle is actually caused by stagnant Chi. Chi is the Chinese word for life force energy.
Place your hands on your face with your fingers alongside the bridge of your nose. Move your hands in a circular motion and move them upward.
